Hearing Aids Etc. has been located in the West Hills Medical Center since 1989.

Starting with Deana Langer, M.A. working with physicians in the area, the office has been slowly evolving. This year, Layla Sweeney, M.S., CCC-A joined the staff.  Deana and Layla work both in the main office and at off-site locations providing testing and hearing health services.

Norine Cuevas mans the front desk and is our official greeter. She is a trained technician and can do many of the hearing aid repairs right in the office. She also keeps the candy bowl full...

Maria Cuevas is Norine's sister and is very good with minor repairs. She handles most of the insurance questions.  You might recognize her voice as she is the one who calls you when your aid comes in or, back from repair.

If you're looking for a friendly voice, look no further than Teri Baggot!  She'll call to remind you of upcoming appointments.  She also is in charge of sending out birthday greetings and checking in repaired hearing aids.

Lastly, where would an office be without a wonderful filing assistant?  Jeanne is our office volunteer that ensures that Maria and Norine can find every chart while lighting up the office with her smile and laugh.
